Antibody data are accessible in four sets which won't require much explanation:

What is the HLDA Antibody Database?

The HLDA Antibody Database covers all monoclonal antibodies that have ever been part of a prior HLDA workshop. It has been compiled from published data in Leucocyte Typing, entries have been updated and names edited for consistence throughout the database. Many thanks are due to Steve Shaw and Hitoshi Kikutani who provided data for the 5th and 6th workshop resp.

While it is a database, these webpages contain preformtatted data only in order to maintain fast access. Antibody names have been sorted with a special algorithm that has been used to create the antibody index in LT4 and 6.

I've added a Java-based search engine which allows to search for any term covered by HLDA Antibody Database, either alone or in combination. There are two search interfaces with the same functionality: one within a webpage and another one which opens a separate search window. For both, Java v1.1.x is required on your computer.

Now, with the HLDA Antibody Database being online for one year, we've think we've improved a lot, yet there is still a long way to go with regard to editing and streamlining database entries. Hence, a few editorial remarks next to some clones may still be found. Most importantly, we really depend on the feedback by users of this database as well of the corrective input of the original antibody submitters. Without their help, some ambiguities will be very hard to resolve, if ever.
